CJH will be administering the Healthy Youth Survey (HYS) to 8th grade students on Monday, October 23.

Participation is completely voluntary and the results are confidential. If you do not want your child to participate you can opt-out by emailing or calling your child's school counselor prior to Oct 23rd. Students can also excuse themselves by telling their teacher that they do not want to take the survey. There is no penalty for not taking part in the survey and your child's grade will not be affected.
